Yes — on every plan, including Free. AIGE never claims your outputs and never watermarks them. Commercial use is allowed under our Terms (AI-copyright law varies by country, so check locally when it matters).
That applies to everything you generate: images, video, lip-sync and voice, and anything you build from your own characters. Downloading an output does not downgrade it, and there is no separate "commercial licence" upsell gating it behind a higher tier.
The practical caveat is jurisdictional rather than contractual. Countries differ on whether, and how much, AI-assisted work attracts copyright protection — that is a question about what rights exist in the output, not about whether AIGE is claiming them. If a specific piece of work has commercial stakes, check the rules where you are.
