Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the AIGE and AIGORA platforms operated by Antix Interactive, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Antix Interactive," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using AIGE or AIGORA — including AI content generation, character creation, the creator marketplace, and community features — you agree to be bound by this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This policy applies to all users, creators, developers, and third parties interacting with our platforms.
This AUP exists to protect the safety, integrity, and legality of our platforms and the communities that depend on them. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination as described in Section 7.
2. AI Content Generation Rules
AIGE and AIGORA provide powerful AI content generation capabilities. With that power comes responsibility. You must not use our AI tools to generate:
- Deepfakes of Real People Without Consent: Synthetic media (images, video, audio) that realistically depicts a real, identifiable individual without that person's documented consent.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual content depicting minors — real or AI-generated — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
- Content Promoting Terrorism or Violence: Material that incites, glorifies, promotes, or provides material support for acts of terrorism, mass violence, or genocide.
- Fraudulent Impersonation: Content designed to impersonate a real individual — public figure or private person — for the purposes of fraud, defamation, harassment, or deception.
- Third-Party Intellectual Property Violations: Content that intentionally reproduces copyrighted works, trademarks, or proprietary elements in a manner that infringes the rights of the original rights holder.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are prohibited on AIGE and AIGORA regardless of intent:
Harassment and Harmful Conduct
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users, creators, or third parties.
- Doxxing — publishing or distributing private personal information about individuals without their consent.
- Coordinated harassment campaigns against individuals or groups.
Spam and Automated Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, promotional spam, or repetitive communications.
- Operating bots or automated scripts that interact with the platform in ways not authorized by our API terms.
- Artificially inflating engagement metrics (likes, follows, views, subscriptions).
Security and System Integrity
- Attempting to circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or content moderation systems.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network without written authorization.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code via our platforms.
- Conducting denial-of-service attacks or any activity that degrades platform performance for other users.
Data and Access Abuse
- Scraping or data mining platform content or user data without our express written consent.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing access to our platforms or APIs in violation of your agreement with us.
- Using platform data to build competing services or train AI models without written authorization.
Financial Manipulation
- Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes involving ANTIX tokens or any other cryptocurrency discussed or traded on our platforms.
- Using platform features to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes.
4. Content Standards
All content published on AIGE or AIGORA — including AI-generated images, character profiles, posts, and messages — must comply with the following standards:
- Maturity Ratings Required: Content containing adult themes, violence, or other mature subject matter must be assigned the appropriate maturity rating. Mislabeling content to evade age-gating is a violation of this policy.
- NSFW Tagging: Not-safe-for-work content must be properly tagged and will only be displayed to users who have opted in and verified their age in accordance with our age verification requirements.
- Geographic Restrictions: Content that is restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions must have appropriate geographic restrictions applied. You are responsible for knowing the legal requirements of the jurisdictions in which your content may be accessible.
- Accuracy: Do not publish content that is deliberately false or misleading in a manner that could cause harm to other users or third parties.
5. Marketplace Rules
The AIGORA marketplace and character rental features are subject to additional rules to ensure a fair and trustworthy environment for all participants:
- Accurate Character Descriptions: Character listings must accurately represent the character's appearance, capabilities, personality, and any relevant restrictions. Misleading descriptions violate this policy.
- No Misleading Rental Terms: Rental terms, duration, and pricing must be clearly stated and not intentionally misleading. Hidden fees or undisclosed limitations are prohibited.
- Fair Pricing: Pricing must not be set with the intent to manipulate, exploit, or deceive buyers. Price gouging during high-demand periods or other unfair pricing practices are prohibited.
- No Duplicate Listings: Do not create multiple listings for the same character or asset to manipulate search rankings or visibility. Each distinct character or asset should have one active listing.
- Authentic Ownership: You may only list characters and assets that you have created or to which you hold appropriate rights. Listing characters created by or belonging to other users without authorization is prohibited.
6. Creator Responsibilities
Creators on AIGE and AIGORA — including those who publish characters, offer subscriptions, or generate content for commercial purposes — have additional responsibilities:
- Policy Compliance: Creators are responsible for ensuring all content they publish, all characters they list, and all interactions with their audience comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
- Dispute Response: Creators must respond to legitimate disputes, refund requests, and platform mediation inquiries in a timely manner. Unresponsiveness to dispute resolution processes may result in automatic rulings against the creator.
- Accurate Earnings Reporting: Creators must accurately represent the nature of payments received through the platform. You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from your earnings and for complying with financial reporting requirements in your jurisdiction.
- Audience Protection: Creators with subscriber or fan audiences must not exploit those relationships through deceptive practices, manipulative upsells, or content designed to cause emotional or financial harm.
7. Enforcement
Antix Interactive takes a graduated approach to policy enforcement, with the severity of action scaled to the nature and severity of the violation.
Enforcement Actions
- Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a formal warning with an explanation of the policy breach and required corrective action.
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or more serious violations may result in a temporary suspension of platform access, ranging from 24 hours to 90 days depending on severity.
- Permanent Ban: Severe violations — including CSAM, coordinated abuse, repeated policy violations following prior enforcement actions, or fraud — will result in permanent account termination with no possibility of reinstatement.
- Content Removal: Violating content will be removed from the platform, often immediately upon detection or report review, regardless of the overall account action taken.
- Earnings Withholding: Where a violation involves monetized activity, earnings may be withheld pending investigation. Earnings obtained through policy violations may be permanently forfeited.
Appeal Process
Users who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may appeal by contacting legal@antix.ws within 30 days of the enforcement action. Appeals must include the account email, a description of the action taken, and the basis for the appeal. We will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 10 business days.
Appeals are not available for violations involving CSAM or conduct reported to law enforcement.
8. Reporting Violations
We rely on our community to help identify policy violations. If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this AUP, please report it through one of the following channels:
- In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" option available on posts, characters, profiles, and messages throughout the platform. Reports are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team.
- Email: For urgent matters or reports that require more detailed explanation, contact abuse@antix.ws. Include the relevant URLs, usernames, or content IDs, and a description of the alleged violation.
We investigate all reports in good faith. Submitting false or malicious reports with the intent to harm other users is itself a violation of this AUP.
