While Antix Interactive, Inc. does not sell personal information in the traditional sense, certain data sharing activities with third-party partners may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.
Your Right to Opt Out
When you opt out, we will cease sharing your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising and other purposes that may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. This includes disabling third-party tracking pixels and analytics that share data with advertising partners.
Opting out will not affect essential platform functionality, your ability to use AIGE or AIGORA, or any services that require data processing for their core operation.
What Data Is Affected
When you opt out, the following data sharing activities will be stopped:
- Third-party advertising and tracking pixels
- Cross-context behavioral advertising data sharing
- Analytics data shared with advertising partners
- Personalized advertising based on platform activity
The following data processing will continue as necessary for platform operation:
- Essential service provision and account management
- Payment processing through Stripe
- Security and fraud prevention
- Legal compliance and law enforcement requests
- Aggregate, de-identified analytics
Non-Discrimination
Antix Interactive, Inc. will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied service for opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
