No. Creating an account, planning your week and drafting a creation are free, but making images and video needs credits from a paid plan, from $8.55 a month. New accounts start with 0 credits and there are no daily credits.
What is free and what is paid
Free: an account, planning a week of posts, drafting a creation and seeing what it would cost.
Paid: every image and video generation. Each one runs on paid GPU capacity, so it spends credits from your plan.
Plans: Starter $8.55 for 300 credits, Pro $29 for 1,150 credits, Premier $47 for 2,130 credits, Max $230 for 11,500 credits. Credits from a bigger plan cost less each.
No surprises: the credit cost of every generation shows before it runs, and output is never watermarked.
If you pay and change your mind
Cancel anytime. Your plan stops renewing and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for.
14 days to get your money back. Within 14 days of any AIGE plan or credit-pack payment, first payments and renewals alike, you get back the money for the credits from that payment you haven't used. One click, no questions: in the app go to Profile → Subscription → Get a refund, or use the list on the refund policy page.
Example: Starter is $8.55 for 300 credits. If you used 60, you get back 240 of 300, which is $6.84.
Card fees: for payments from October 1, 2026, Stripe keeps its card fee (usually 2.9% + $0.30) on a refund, so the same example returns $6.40. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the fee is never taken out.
The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Credits you've already used aren't refunded.
