How Long Can an AI Video Be? Limits by Model

In AIGE one video clip runs from 3 to 30 seconds, depending on the model. See the limit for each video model and how to join clips into a longer video.

Made in AIGE · Lumen · Studio NNTN · invented brand

How long a clip can be depends on the model. In AIGE the longest single clip is 30 seconds (Seedance 2.5), Kling V3 stops at 15 and Omni Flash at 10. A longer video is several clips cut together on the Canvas timeline.

Clip length by model in AIGE

Each model has its own list of lengths, in whole seconds. This table is that list, with the price of the longest clip in each row.

Seedance 2.5

4 to 30 seconds

1387 credits at 720p

Kling Motion Control

The length of your reference clip: up to 10 seconds when the character faces like the picture, up to 30 when it faces like the clip

504 credits for 30 seconds at Pro quality

Kling V3

3 to 15 seconds

168 credits silent or 252 credits with sound, at Pro quality

Kling 3 Turbo

210 credits at Pro, 168 credits at Standard

Kling o3

3 to 15 seconds

210 credits

Seedance 2.0

H3 Max (MiniMax)

5 to 15 seconds

120 credits at 768P

Omni Flash

100 credits at 720p

Veo 3.1

4, 6 or 8 seconds

Veo 3.1 retires 2026-11-17: fal, the provider AIGE runs it through, deprecates its endpoint that day

The prices are for the tier named. The studio prints the exact price on the Generate button before you run, and a length your plan cannot make is tagged on the slider with the name of the plan that can. The AI video page is the hub for video in AIGE, and the Kling and Seedance pages cover those two models in depth.

Why each model stops where it does

The list for each model is the overlap of two others. One is the lengths the provider's input schema accepts. The other is the lengths that have a price in AIGE's credit table. A length that fails either test is not offered, so a clip is never rendered at one length and billed at another.

The price also climbs with every second. Kling V3 at Pro, silent, is 56 credits for 5 seconds, 112 credits for 10 and 168 credits for 15. Seedance 2.5 at 720p is 232 credits for 5 seconds and 1387 credits for 30.

The vendors are moving too. Kling says Kling 4.0 makes 3 to 30 seconds in one generation and lists video extension up to 2 minutes as coming soon, but AIGE does not offer 4.0 yet, and what is Kling AI has the dates. ByteDance says Seedance 2.5 makes up to 30 seconds per generation, which is the 30 in the table.

How to get a video longer than one clip

No model in the menu makes a one-minute clip, so a longer video is built from clips on the Canvas video timeline. Three of the editor's tools are built for continuing a video:

  • Extend. Drag the grip at the end of a clip to the right, say what happens next, and AIGE makes a new clip from that clip's last frame.

  • Between two shots. Drag the grip all the way to the next clip and the new shot lands on that clip's first frame, a bridge that carries one clip into the next.

  • Storyboard. Write one line per shot and each line becomes a clip, in order.

Each of these is its own clip with its own price, shown before you run it. Two 15-second Kling V3 clips at Pro, silent, cost 168 credits each. Trim, order and add sound in the editor, then export. The video editor guide walks through that, and the short film guide shows a longer piece built this way.

Honest note: The lists here are AIGE's as of 2026-10-27, and vendors change their limits. If a length is missing from the slider, AIGE does not offer it, whatever a vendor's site says. This article gives no maximum length for a whole Canvas timeline, because we have not found a stated limit.

Quick answers

Question

Answer

How long can an AI video be?

One clip runs 3 to 30 seconds in AIGE, depending on the model. Anything longer is several clips joined on the Canvas timeline.

How long can a Kling video be?

Any whole second from 3 to 15 on Kling V3, 3 Turbo and o3. Motion Control follows your reference clip, up to 30 seconds.

What is the longest clip AIGE can make in one go?

30 seconds: Seedance 2.5, or Kling Motion Control with a 30-second reference clip.

Can AIGE make a one-minute AI video?

Not as one clip. Join clips on the Canvas timeline with Extend, Between two shots or Storyboard.

Does a longer AI video cost more?

Yes, every second is priced. Kling V3 at Pro, silent, is 56 credits for 5 seconds, 112 credits for 10 and 168 credits for 15.

Why can't I pick a longer length on the slider?

Each slider lists only the lengths that model makes, and a length your plan cannot make carries the name of the plan that can.
